Introducing Brighton Dome at 5:30pm in the afternoon! Possibly the biggest thing throwing me out at the moment is the twilight around 5pm. Just as in the summer I was surfing at 10:30pm , now comes England's pay back. As I've been doing a fair bit of evening work and getting up later I only have a few hours of light through the day. Very off putting! It apparently extends to around 4:30pm and it's almost dark!
A la one kitchen of the new flat that I really cannot afford on travels wages. Erk... having to move again. Still not sure how long I want to stay in Brighton. It's an amazing part of the world and hopefully a good place to save up a bit of cash for further travels. Currently thinking Spain!
Now meet the bane of any further travels, the new Nintendo Wii! It is a little sad that I've owned all the Nintendo consoles that have come out and it's even more sad that I'm just as excited about it's release on the 8th as I was before every other console release. At £179 it hopefully won't put too much of a dent in the travel budget.
The second bane of the travel budget The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. The main propose of owning all the Nintendo consoles was usually the Zelda series which I have followed since I was a kid. Fans have been waiting for this game for many, many years.
The first saviour of the travel budget, Ruby Tates Oyster Bar & Fish Restaurant. Summarising: Crap wages, great tips, going downhill, lots of money involved in all the wrong places. Really dislike working for places going downhill... done it too many time before. Enough to make one paranoid.
As of today I'm Richard's bitch! Yup, that's right I'm working for Virgin Megastores of Brighton in the games department. Jumping in head first with nill training into customer service as temporary Christmas staff. Richard may actually be the second saviour to the travel budget with 20% on everything for staff including the Wii console and Twilight Princess!! Woohoo!
I picked up this phone on a trial plan recently. Wholly crap... what a phone! 4GB of internal memory and every connection under the sun BUT no camera and keeping it would mean selling my current phone with the camera that's been taking all these great pics of my holiday so far! I just couldn't do it. |
Enough photos for you Cass?
